I will discussed you because if you have a same problem You Can easy to solve them...

Problem is car electric fan motor continuously on when car is start?

When we car start then car electric fan motor not operate,if I on a/c system then operate.but either a/c off this fan not operate starting in between time.car electric fan motor voltage supply in two way one is
When we a/C start on vehicle
Another, when engine coolant tempareture high (thermostat valve open)
If you a/c on and fan not run,check this first, remove the fan motor fuse if burn
replace them second if ok remove the fan motor coupler start engine and a/c on and check with multimeter in DC 12 volt out on the coupler if volt out from them replace fan motor,because fan motor have a carbon brush these brush are low thickness for not touch in armeture/commutator.

Either condition electric fan motor run.

when car engine coolant temperature is more than standard level. Means engine thermostat valve opening start in (82°and fully open is94°)that time without a/c switch on these fan are running .

If car Electric fan is always run when start the car ,reason is engine coolant temperature sensor fault or cut the coolant tempareture sensor wiring harness,know more about car electrical repair

I’ve already shown how to drive an N-channel MOSFET (or even an IGBT) in both high-side and low-side configurations in a multitude of ways. I’ve also explained the principles of driving the MOSFETs in these configurations. The dedicated drivers I’ve shown so far are the TC427 and IR2110. Some people have requested me to write up on MOSFET drive using the very popular TLP250. And I’ll explain that here. The TLP250, like any driver, has an input stage, an output stage and a power supply connection. What’s special about the TLP250 is that the TLP250 is an optically isolated driver, meaning that the input and output are “optically isolated”. The isolation is optical – the input stage is an LED and the receiving output stage is light sensitive (think “photodetector”). I had previously shown how to drive N-channel MOSFETs in low-side configuration. So, here I’ll talk about N-channel MOSFET high-side drive. Let’s first look at the common low side configuration.  Fig. 1 - N-channel MOSFET configured as low-side switch Now let’s look at a MOSFET configured as a high-side switch. Fig. 2 - N-channel MOSFET configured as high-side switch You can quite easily see the difference between the high-side configuration and the low-side configuration. In the low-side configuration, the load is connected between the drain and +V, while the source is connected to ground. Thus, the gate drive is referenced to ground.
