ENGINE KNOCKING || CAR KNOCKING



Every diesel car have a injector today's all diesel car have a CRDI (common rail direct ignition)system are fitted,it's totally controlled by a car computer or ECM (Electronic control module) for smooth drive on diesel vehicle this is fitted on a common rail which are adjust the fuel pressure on four cylinder (if 4 cylunder engine)and injector are sprayed as per volume of air on pressing the accelerator 

Fuel supply systems are,

  • Fuel filter
  • Fuel pump(high pressure)
  • Common rail
  • High pressure pipeline
  • Injector

Injector have a different type means injector hole is sprayed on fuel this are some model 4holes some are 6 hole is depended on compression ratio it's have a type name is piezo -electric-type🚙

DIAGNOSIS

Today I will discussed you some problem and solution,how to solve this type of problem easily,small diagnosis but problem is bigger🚙know more about engine knocking
So problem's are as a diesel engine continuously knocking 

HOW TO SOLVE THIS?

We first check visually Injector wiring and if damage so repair first and then start the engine
If Injector wiring are ok while we going on step, car need to a diagnosis tool and check the code and diagnosis as per repair manual wise,first check Injector related fuse, if injector wiring is ok condition,check IDU(injector driver unit) as per manual and next check is IDU to ECM wiring on injector side,injector side

wiring is ok,next ignition on and check all injector coupler voltage if same voltage check diagnosis tool which injector are DTC (Diagnosis trouble code)generate ,and next these injector check the resistance as per repair manual,if not ok change the injector🚙
Normally most of the car cut the any injector wiring on rat bite, but,
I said totally the system,for you diagnosis easily on this situation


This engine knocking or stalling or vibration means "IGNIATION LAG"

Some brand vehicle knocking but it have not a problem on any parts it's knocking because some power source issue and need initializating few minutes and next easy to start

engine knocking mostly on winter because winter season rat are rest in car engine compartment because there have a hot weather so i strongly recommended please clean the engine compartment and check this area daily.

WHAT IS INJECTOR || HOW DOES INJECTOR WORK

CAR INJECTOR AND IGNITOR SPECIFICATION

IGNITOR

Every petrol car have a Ignitor and fuel injector are both in use,
But, every diesel car only injector are used.
Because petrol car used in a air fuel ratio like stoichiometric mixture for smooth combustion this mixture are in the cylinder and spark plug spark instant for smooth combustion

Ignitor are used basically old Distributor these both are same working principle but modify and simple type because old Distributor are more complex

Ignitor working principle is low voltage convert to high voltage, Ignitor have a two coil primary and secondary primary coil have a low coil  and secondary have a more coil this reason when primary coil enter a low voltage and it's continuously flux generate and this reason while secondary coil have a more coil so it's generate a high voltage for sparking in car engine cylinder  because spark plug usually require voltage of 12,000-25,000volts or more to "🔥" properly although it can go up to 45,000 volts
4 cylinder engine have a 4 Ignitor,how many piece Ignitor need it's totally depended on how many cylinder in a car


If any Ignitor fault in car engine engine are stalled and knocking continuously and Engine malfunction on car dashboard cluster metre 

INJECTOR


Every Diesel car have a Injector because diesel car need a compressed air and pressurised fuel, diesel car are not smooth better than petrol car



Old diesel car have a Fuel injection pump for generate pressurised fuel and going through high pressure pipeline to manual injector these time injector just a part of vehicle for fuel spraying and pressure generate are totally depend on (FIP- Fuel injection pump) these time are not fitted in to a any sensor for measure when more fuel press and when less it's totally work on adjusting method🚙

But this time vehicle Technology are totally different and this time vehicle any part problems are solved by measure a standard data means total system are checking in "data Technology" modern car fitted a ECM it is like a "human Head" this ECM are totally control the engine,Modern vehicle have a modern injector this type of injector have a code name means each injector fitted on a specific cylinder because each cylinder injector are this code registered in ECM, because ECM control the firing system
by coding method which time which injector supply the fuel and success combustion this injector have a Nozzle, sim and spring and electrical head which are connected by ECM
