Car wheel balancing and alignment
Car balancing and alignment both are most important when you driving
Car need a balancing and alignment because he run on different road conditions and different path and different situation example,slippery road/hill area/highway/stone surface anywhere so the car wheel may be damaged or unequal
So car wheel need a balancing and alignment,
If you don't car wheel balancing may be when you run on a road on jerky filling/vibration or jump filling
If you don't car wheel alignment your car may be pulling on right or left side smoothly or highly
So, this is a most important part of vehicle for easy to driving journey

Anybody say what is allignment?

You told them allignment is process because when you buy a car these time car have great allignment but you this car run on a different road and different condition so, this may car allignment are not a previous time's means allignment wrong so need this allignment like previous

And what is a balancing

Balancing same like a allignment balancing are wheel unequal to equal condition of use on balancing weight
Wheel have a 2types
Normal wheel
Alloy wheel


Allignment we adjust basically


  • Camber angle
  • Caster angle
  • And Toe in/out
  • Camber angle


Camber angle 

Camber angle adjusted in lower arm joint loose to tight and check in computerized wheel allignment machine, if your car have a more Camber angle so may damage tyre uneven and pull the steering right or left this angle have a 2 types positive/negative
If the top of the wheel is farther out than the bottom (that is, away from the axle), it is called positive camber; if the bottom of the wheel is farther out than the top, it is called negative camber.

Caster angle

This angle are also adjust on lower arm bolt tight to loose and finally adjust to set the computer used machine and finally standard toque (use torque wrench) caster angle totally depended on suspension front system if car have a more caster angle then front suspension may problems

Toe in /toe out

It is have a all front and rear wheel drive vahicle it's also adjust its have a jam nut which loose to tight and adjust standard adjust need a computerised allignment machine
Camber angle if more you easy to see this car vertical axis
Toe in out way to see car front of the vehicle

Using the TLP250 Isolated MOSFET Driver - Explanation and Example Circuits

I’ve already shown how to drive an N-channel MOSFET (or even an IGBT) in both high-side and low-side configurations in a multitude of ways. I’ve also explained the principles of driving the MOSFETs in these configurations. The dedicated drivers I’ve shown so far are the TC427 and IR2110. Some people have requested me to write up on MOSFET drive using the very popular TLP250. And I’ll explain that here. The TLP250, like any driver, has an input stage, an output stage and a power supply connection. What’s special about the TLP250 is that the TLP250 is an optically isolated driver, meaning that the input and output are “optically isolated”. The isolation is optical – the input stage is an LED and the receiving output stage is light sensitive (think “photodetector”). N-Channel MOSFET High-Side Drive: When, Why and How?

I had previously shown how to drive N-channel MOSFETs in low-side configuration. So, here I’ll talk about N-channel MOSFET high-side drive. Let’s first look at the common low side configuration.  Fig. 1 - N-channel MOSFET configured as low-side switch Now let’s look at a MOSFET configured as a high-side switch. Fig. 2 - N-channel MOSFET configured as high-side switch You can quite easily see the difference between the high-side configuration and the low-side configuration. In the low-side configuration, the load is connected between the drain and +V, while the source is connected to ground. Thus, the gate drive is referenced to ground.
